Back in Vancouver
Its 2 C here in Squamish, and heading for tops of 5 C. That's about 30 C warmer than Ottawa.
Yesterday Sandy &I walked the dogs, saw more eagles and then drove down to Vancouver in the afternoon. We spent a few hours at the Granville Island markets. Then home to Lou cooking Cedar Plank Salmon with a maple whiskey glaze. Tres delicious!
Lots of sunshine today. I've had incredible luck with the weather while I've been here. Missing pretty much all of the really bad stuff,like the ice storms and frost quakes.
We've walked the dogs again this morning. About to head down town to some local markets and then to Vancouver art gallery and then dinner and then to the airport and home. Looking forward to some beach time and not having to wear multiple layers.
Apparently it's national whipped cream day here. Odd.
